LEVEL 4 / POST 6 (WEEK 8): POST GRADUATE STUDIES.

Hi everyone, today, in this post I will write about that I want to study when I complete my career, the truth is that I still have nothing defined about what major or specialty I will like to take, but some areas and some subjects interest me a lot, such as anatomy, cellular biology and histology and projecting them to the future I would like to take maxillofacial surgery or aesthetic surgery because I like the surgery in general and for me, it’s comfortable to be able to help people with no common pathologies and diseases with grater degree of difficulty by means of surgery, also forensic and legal dentistry interest me so much, because it sound exciting to be able to work and solve crime and murder cases. Every specialty has a big degree of complex and the ones that interest me has that difficulty in histology and anatomy specially. I would like to complete my studies here in Chile, and in this university (Universidad de Chile) although if I have the opportunity to do internship ...

LEVEL 4 / POST 5 (WEEK 7): MY FUTURE JOB.

Hi everyone in this blog I will talk about my work projection, I want in the future to work in different places far away, with difficult to access, hopefully in southern Chile, like a towns and villages, bringing dental health to the most vulnerable and needy population. I would like to travel through different towns and villages, taking care of patients who need it, it would be nice for me to spend a week in one place and the next week in another place. Regarding my salary expectations, I don't have high expectations, but I would like to earn at least what the career average salary says, I'm still not sure about what specialty or major I would like to take, but maxillofacial surgery catches my attention, I like this area because I like surgery in general, I find it interesting and exciting, to be able to solve pathologies that have a greater degree of difficulty, maybe I will opt for that option in the future , also catches my attention aesthetic dentistry, I like this area...

Today the post is about my career decisions and I remember that ,when I was at school, I ever want to study a career related with health, but particularly in the Universidad de Chile, because I  had the opportunity of participate in two times in Escuela de Verano programs and since this participation I love this university and always been my first option, but I wasn’t sure about what career choose. I liked medicine (because my nem this was impossible), medical technologist and dentistry career but I finally choose dentistry career because I think that in this career, I can help people more people that in other careers, and I like the contact with the patients. LEVEL 4 / POST 2 (WEEK 4): THE BEST HOLIDAYS/CONCERT I´VE HAD

In this post I will write about one of my favourites holidays, it was on July 2016, when with my mother, my uncle and my cousins, we went for three weeks to curacautin, located in araucania region. In this holidays we were in the Corralco ski resort to enjoy of the amazing nature and sports such as ski, snowboard, mountain bike on snow and trekking with snowshoes During this holidays I enjoy a lot, I ate a lot and I did a lot of sport, mainly snowboarding, because it’s one of my favorite sports. I carried my equipment to do snowboard everyday and this was one of the best things that I did during this holidays. We also enjoy a lot of the local gastronomy, with incredibles dishes and so tasty typical food, the beef meat is so tasty and unique just like the pork meat and potatoes. I consider those were the best holidays in my life, because I did a lot kind of things and besides I remember a lot of moments with my family that were unforgettable to me.
